About me

Work
Ottawa professional firefighter.

Training
Well rounded athlete regularly training and competing in different disciplines; functional fitness, boxing, 5k races, 10k races, half marathons and Olympic triathlons.

Nutrition
I never count my calories. Measuring, counting and cutting calories is no way to live. I simply follow a natural, delicious and sustainable way of eating.

Interests
Enjoy travelling the world or walking my dog around the neighborhood.

    4 week programming

    Ready, Set, Go!
    - Initial assessment
    - Lifestyle questionnaire
    - Goal setting

    - Fitness baseline
    - 1 x 60 min one-on-one training session

    *This package is required for any new clients.

    Cost: $200

  • IN YOUR FACE

    4 week programming

    Up close and personal, get more one on one personal training at home or outdoors.
    - 5 to 10 x 60 min one-on-one training session

    *Recommended anywhere between 1 to 5 sessions per week

    Cost: $250 (5 sessions)
    Cost: $400 (10 sessions)

  • MAINTENANCE

    4 week programming

    Keep it up, revised 4 week program based on your progress.
    - Re-evaluation
    - 1 x 60 min one-on-one training session

    *Recommended for those who want editional training programs.
    Cost: 5 sessions $100
